Septima
Septima is a display typeface that “leans” left and right.
Named after both the “Queen Mother” of the civil rights movement, Septima Poinsette Clark, and “The Crosstown,” section of U.S. Route 17 that divides the city of Charleston in two, Septima ignores the standard expectation that a typeface has balance and consistency and suffers the aesthetic consequences of its illogical desire to lean its respective way.
